Weekly Menu Plan (9/29/13-10/5/13)

Sunday: B: Honey Ginger Pancakes & warm Maine Maple Syrup;), Fruit L:Potato Pancakes with Chorizo Sausage, Scrambled Eggs and Cheddar! D: Coconut Cod over cucumber Salad, Rice Pilaf, Steamed Veggie

Monday: B:Cinnamon Apple Toast, Fruit                                                       L: Tuna Rolls, Homemade Pickle, Carrot Sticks                                         D:Chicken Cordon Bleu, Scalloped potatoes, Steamed Veggie

Tuesday: B: Blueberry Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast, Fruit             L: Shrimp Rangoon, Spinach Salad with Honey Bacon Vinegarette           D: BBQ Meatballs-kids, Chorizo Haystacks-us(chorizo&cheddar stuffed burger topped with chipolte mayo and homemade french fried onions!) yum, twice baked potato’s, steamed veggie

Wednesday: B: Overnight Homemade Cinnamon Rolls(ah, made the night before and left for its last rise in the refrigerator, when you get up just pop in the oven and enjoy!) and we would have to offset this with Fruit of course L: Egg Salad Sandwich, Pickle, Veggie Sticks                                          D:Mexican Pizza’s-kids, Crock Pot Beef Stew-us & butterhorns

Thursday:B: Kale Hash & Fried Eggs, Fruit                                                     L: Broccoli & Cheese Soup, Pumpkin Seed & Cheddar Crackers                D: Roast Chicken Parmesan(roasted whole chicken with breasts cut out when done, top with sauce and cheese, pop in oven till melted and whall-ah, not so bad for you chicken parm!, and you can shred the rest of the chicken for other meals!) , spaghetti, Fried Calamari

Friday: B: Homemade Granola & Yogurt                                                       L: Naan Pizza’s-making extra for the freezer as well!                                   D: Spinach & Feta stuffed Chicken, Mashed Potato’s, Salad

Saturday: B: Crockpot Apple Oatmeal (another morning time saver!)          L: Oil & Vinegar Chicken Salad with Olives & Grapes in Lettuce cups         D: Meatballs & “spaghetti” Squash, Parmesan Butterhorns, Salad

So there you have it, what we are planning to eat this week, planning and executing are two totally different things, BUT BUT BUT having a guideline makes things ALOT easier, try it with meals your family loves and I BET you wont be wondering when meal time’s come around “What in the hell are we going to eat?” lol.
