Menu Plan (10/20-10/26)

This is what we are planning on eating this week, sometimes it isnt executed fully and we wind up having Grilled Cheese, but the overall making the guideline helps me prepare better for the week ahead….

Sunday: B: Potato Pancakes with Chorizo, Fried Eggs & Cheddar, Fruit   L:Homemade Mac N’ Cheese, Chicken Tenders, Steamed Veggies  D:Asparagus and Goat Cheese Stuffed Grilled Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Veggies, Salad

Monday: B: Granola, Fruit                                                                              L:Peanut Butter&Banana Spirals-kids, Oil & Vinegar Chicken Salad-us   D:Tuna Cakes, Sweet Potatoes, Salad

Tuesday: B: Kale and Egg Hash, Fruit                                                        L:Broccoli and Cheese Soup w/ Pumpkin Seed Cheddar Crackers            D:Broiled Fish, Steamed Veggie, Salad

Wednesday: B: Naan Breakfast Pizza’s, Fruit                                             L:Grilled Chicken Sandwich, pickle, veggie sticks                                        D:White Beans and Kale over Jasmine Rice, salad

Thursday: B: Shrimp & Veggie Omelet, Fruit                                               L:Kale and Feta Dip with Toasted Bread Medallions                                      D: Roasted Veggies & Cod, Salad

Friday: B: Sausage Patties, Pancakes with Fruit Syrup                                   L: Shrimp Rangoons, Spinach Salad with Honey Bacon Vinigarette               D: Roasted Chicken Parmasen over Spagetti Squash, Fried Calamari

Saturday: B: Blueberry Stuffed French Toast                                                   L: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Veggie Sticks, Fruit                                             D: General Tso’s Chicken, Rice, Egg Rolls
